In our conference halls and board rooms with a capacity of up to 200 seated delegates, we’ll make your meeting/ gathering a memorable occasion.
The halls and board rooms are fitted with the modern presentation equipments; LCD projectors, projection screens, public address systems with cord-less microphones, high speed wireless internet links, air conditions, , mineral water, writing pads, writing pens and adequate lighting.
Our hotel offers the following conference/meeting facilities:
Conference Room 1:
Maximum 120 seated delegates at the tables and maximum 200 delegates without tables.
Conference Room 2:
Maximum 25-30 seated delegates at the tables and 70 delegates without tables.
Conference Room 3:
Maximum 70 seated delegates at the tables and 120 delegates without tables.
Boardrooms:
Hotel has boardrooms which are suitable for small meetings. Each boardroom can accommodate maximum 15 seated delegates.
FULL DAY CONFERENCE/ TRAINING PACKAGE which includes; 10.00 am tea with snacks, three course buffet luncheon with a soft drink, 4.00pm with snacks, 2 mineral waters, writing materials (pen and notebooks), projector in the hall during sessions.
HALF DAY includes 10.00 am tea with snacks, three course buffet luncheon with a soft drink, 1 mineral water, writing materials (pen and notebooks), projector in the hall during sessions.
